The ABC estimate process
Begin from your phone in a few minutes. ABC reviews the information, calls you directly, and explains whether the vehicle needs more photos, an inspection, or the next stage of repair planning.
The first three steps
You do not need to diagnose the damage yourself. Give us enough information to understand the vehicle and visible condition, and we will contact you if anything else is needed.
The online request is designed to be simple because a quick response and clear conversation are more useful than making customers complete a long checklist.
Enter your name, phone number, and the vehicle year, make, and model. Those are the only required customer details.
Choose up to five pictures from your phone. There are no required angles, and you may submit the request without photos.
We look at the information provided and identify what can be discussed immediately and what may require closer inspection.
ABC calls the number you provided to discuss the damage, your questions, and the most appropriate next step.
Photos cannot show everything. Panel fit, sensors, structural areas, brackets, and hidden damage may require an in-person inspection or disassembly.
Once the condition is understood, the estimate and repair direction can be updated to reflect the work the vehicle actually needs.
Understanding your estimate
A photo-based estimate request is a starting point. It may help identify damaged panels, paint work, bumper damage, and obvious alignment concerns, but some conditions remain hidden until the vehicle is inspected.
Any preliminary estimate can change if inspection or disassembly reveals additional parts, labor, calibration, structural, or refinishing needs. ABC will explain when more information is necessary.
You may request an estimate without opening an insurance claim. Tell us during the call that you plan to handle the repair directly.
If you already filed a claim, keep the claim number and any insurer estimate available so the relevant details can be discussed.
If repair work reveals damage that was not visible initially, the repair plan and supporting estimate information may need to be updated.
